To get an account on DQC, please follow the "How to get Validated" instructions carefully.

1. To get validated, first read the Terms of Service.

2. If you agree with these, read How to get Validated.

3. Finally, fill out the form, print it out, and mail it in (according to the validation instructions.)

Alternately, if you can't print, we can mail you a printed form.  Send your request to staff@dqc.org.
